| Level 3 | Modest fitness suggested - able to walk 5 miles at a modest grade | Rock Climbing-Hiking-Backpacking |
| Level 4 | Training highly siggested - 45 to 60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week | High Level Snowshoeing |
| Level 5 | Training: 60 minutes of cardio 5 times a week | Mountaineering |
OFA understands that not everyone wants to climb Mount Shasta & that is ok. Just decide what fitness level you desire to achieve before the event and go for it.
